Hi I'm Connah. I had relocated to the Sunshine Coast 6 months ago, leaving my career as a surveyor to pursue my passion of nature and conservation via a cert 3 at TAFE. I work a 9 day fortnight for the department of Ag and Fisheries. I enjoy relaxing after work, but still enjoy socialising. In my spare time I like to cook, fish, hike and make art.
Compatible people
To me a good flatmate is someone who respects shared areas, cleaning after cooking, someone who will put your clothes away to dry if the washing machine has finished its cycle etc. . Although personal interest may differ, the ability to respect and get along with each other is important, especially when living together.
Food sharing and furniture
I do prefer to make and eat my own food, not that it isn't tasty. I'm more than happy to share every once in a while though. Moving from student flats, I won't have much furniture to bring (mainly for my room). However if I can help furnish in any way I am happy to.
