Hello so I’m currently looking for a granny flat or room with ensuite. For myself
Normally I would be working full time but after breaking my ankle a few weeks ago I’m regrettably on Centrelink until that all heals!!!
So my budget is around 300 max a week but would prefer to pay less then that if I could.
I’m pretty quiet and like my privacy although I’ve been known to talk my friends ears off at times.
I pay rent on time nd I keep my areas neat and tidy while also doing some general house cleaning every week also.
I’m hoping I find my forever home very soon as I have nowhere atm
