I will be living as a single occupant. I do have a partner in New Zealand and we’ll be doing long-distance, with occasional short visits (usually long weekends every couple of months). If having visitors is not suitable, I’m very flexible and can arrange alternative accommodation during those times to ensure everyone is comfortable.

I prefer to arrange my own food rather than sharing, but I’m flexible and respectful of shared kitchen spaces. I’m not vegetarian or vegan.
I don’t currently have living room furniture as I am coming from New Zealand, so a furnished place would be a big advantage, but it’s not essential. I’m happy to adapt depending on what’s available.
