My name is Amy and I am a 28 year old woman seeking a new place to live. I work 4 - 5 days a week in medical administration as a shift worker and also study remotely part time. I am single and have no pets. I am a friendly and sociable person but also value my alone time. I enjoy reading, writing and love to cook and bake.
My ideal living situation includes 1-2 other female housemates around my age and no couples. I would love to live with cats but prefer not to live with dogs (I can make exceptions for the right pooch!). I am past my house-partying years but do like to have one or two friends over for dinner every now and again. I would like to have a place to park my car off the street as I have had bad experiences in the past with my car being street parked. I would like a room big enough to fit a desk for my at home study time. The most important thing I want in a new living arrangement is access to a kitchen that has a decent amount of room and is kept clean and tidy. I can be flexible on most of these things for the right people and place!
Some pros for living with me: I work 3 out of 4 weekend days in a fortnight. I enjoy baking and there will often be lots of leftover treats for you. I generally keep to myself but love having a coffee and a chat. I am very happy to look after pets. I am clean and quiet.
