I’m moving from the UK to Perth at the end of January on a WHV, and I’m currently looking for a room to rent from around January 30th onwards, ideally long-term (but flexible).
I’m 24 and have just finished my Master’s, so I’m very used to living in shared houses from being at uni. I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and I like a place that’s relaxed but social when people are around.
My background is in Earth Science, and I’ll be aiming to get into FIFO as a geo. So I could likely be away a fair bit of the time. Outside of work, I’m into cooking, playing football, getting outdoors, and exploring new areas (and pubs).
I’m looking for a furnished room SOR in areas like Beaconsfield, White Gum Valley, Coolbellup, Hamilton Hill, Hilton, North Coogee, Samson, or Spearwood, with a budget of $300–350 per week, depending on the place and what’s included.
