We are 2 Brits (Welsh & English) 26years old on our first year WHV. Just arrived from New Zealand after 2 years living there. Currently applying for day-time jobs. Hoping to find a place to call home, live close to work, friends and family here close to the CBD. We are very flexible on where and when we can move in so feel free to ask!
We love the beach, cooking, sewing, outdoor sports, we are a bit of fun but also super chill. We want a place where we can connect with our housemates with a movie/casual drink or just to yarn but we love our own space and are respectful of others’ too. We are clean, easy going and reliable (as our references would agree).
Looking to spend around $250-$550 per week on a room/place that has AC and some form of outdoor area.
Wanting to move from 15th January (can be negotiated)
We have enough money to cover 1 years rent here so there would be guarantee we would not miss rent payments.

Compatible people
We cook and bake which we always tend to share. We make sure to clean after any mess we’ve made. We love the outdoors so would be out a lot of the days but love a chill night in with a movie or game. We are fun, love deep conversations, easy going, confident and very understanding people.

We are carnivores and 1 GF. Love to cook and eat out occasionally. We buy our own food for just the two of us but we love to share some baked goods with our housemates.
