I am a Physio from Germany, settling into a busy work-life balance in Perth. I will be either at work, at the beach, the gym or outside doing triathlon training. I am an early riser and prefer going to bed early as well. I am accompanied by my beautiful car that would love some off street parking, a road bike and a surf board I'd need to store.
I am an easy going person, quiet, really enjoy time by myself, but also don't mind the occasional hang out, morning coffee walk or sunset glass of vine on the balcony or equivalent. When it comes to cleanliness and tidyness I do have high standards: I need my living space to be neat, organised, tidy and decluttered.
I wish to really feel at home, not just like staying with someone. Ideally you are a woman my age, have similar cleanliness standards and value a calm and relaxed home.
I'd love to have good conversation, open communication and similar values.
However most important for me is a mainly quiet, clean and relaxed living atmosphere.
