My friend and I are currently looking for a shared house. We are female university students in our mid-20s, looking to move in together as a shared room.
Preferred areas: CBD / Carlton (North Melbourne close to the CBD is also fine)
Move-in date: Around 20th February (flexible)
Budget: AUD 250–270 per person per week (including bills)
Length of stay: From February to mid-June (can be extended until November if it’s a good fit)
Preferences:
-Female-only share house preferred
-Two single beds in one room
Our lifestyle is mostly school-focused, and we usually just eat and rest at home, so we are quiet and respectful tenants 🙂 We do not party or smoke and are very considerate of shared living.

Compatible people
We are very friendly and sociable, so we are keen to meet new people. We are also respectful, tidy, considerate and cooperative tenants. Hence, we hope we could find flatmates that have these qualities as well.
Food sharing and furniture
We prefer to arrange our own food due to possible differences in class or work schedule. However, we do not mind occasional communal dinners or food sharing :) We do not have any living room furniture.
