I'm a 31 year old who loves surfing, camping and generally being outdoors and going to the gym. Im working 4 days a week in construction sales and estimation and 2 days a week on my passion start up project automating invasive weed removal to help protect our native biodiversity.
I dont have a lot of free time but I love to cook for myself and would be happy to cook for others. Im up for a beer or to watch a movie on the weekend and i don't mind if you have loud friends or parties as long as its not all the time. I'm not anal about cleaning but i do like to and work to keep a clean household.
If you like being outdoors too Id be happy to teach you to surf or go for hikes if youre up for that sort of stuff but Im also happy to keep largely to myself if thats what youd prefer.

Probably the most important quality ive found in a previous housemate is kindness and earnestness. Mostly insofar as i consider it the opposite of being bitter and vindictive. Tidiness is good too but a good, kind attitude goes a very long way.
Food sharing and furniture
Ive a full apartment of furniture, some of it is pretty nice. We can pick and choose from that and the rest ill put in storage.
Description of pets
I dont have pets. I occasionally look after my parents golden retrievers but i can do that at their house if you dont like dogs around.
