I'm a warm, caring person.
I'm not super clingy or demanding with housemates because I have a lot of friends already who I can rely on but I do think it's important that you have to genuinely like the person you're living with and want to spend time together and feel completely comfortable and relaxed in your shared space with them.
I don't like to be by myself in my room all the time. It would be great to feel connected and build a strong rapport so we actually care about each other instead of it being more of a convenient transactional arrangement. I'd like to be available if you need help with anything or just to listen. I've lived in houses with people who don't have any time to check in from day to day and it makes life feel a bit too boring and sad.
I always miss the camaraderie when it's gone. It's so valuable!

I work in child care centres. I'm on holidays right now and considering a change.

Food sharing and furniture
I want to be social and feel connected as much as reasonably possible whenever we're at home together so I'd really love a chat while we eat. It's honestly fine if you'd rather only cook for yourself though because I'm thinking I could become one of those insufferable meal prep guys who are so organised and perfect with gorgeous golden hair and shiny white teeth. That way I can spend time with you without getting in the way too much and chuck my little stinky frozen turds in the meecro-wahvay whenever. They taste better than they look I swear!
I do have a fridge, washing machine, and a tonne of random furniture to offer.
