I'm Tom!

Late in my 26th year of living and returning to Melbourne from a beautiful 2 years abroad working as a baker and cook across the cities of Copenhagen and Edinburgh respectively. I'm returning to commence a BA in Anthropology with a particular interest in Indigenous Australia, Psychology and the efforts being made to sow the seeds of sovereignty for this lands traditional custodians. I have a degree in acting but haven't pursued it actively although I enjoy making theatre when opportunities arise. I instead find my passions lie in a collection of creative pursuits; from music and sound design, to print making and animation. My ultimate goal with returning to study is to combine my creative passions with a more refined and directed base of research to create thoughtful, moving and impactful films. I also like cooking a bit.

I have a lovely Norwegian partner studying Theatre and Performance in Copenhagen (who sadly has to stay for now). I love pets so of you have any or all I'm super in. Not a drinker anymore and do my best to stop ciggies all together (so far so good). Not at all carniverious, definitely a vego but not strictly a vegan (yet). Once I return, I'll more than likely return to or pick up a hospitality job with a number of old acuintences scattered through the city. Money and the acquisition of it, shouldn't pose too great a problem if that concerns you.

Hopefully all that waffle helps build some basis for a character you can envision. I'm going to be trying to keep myself nice and busy, I'll have a bike (pedals n' spokes) to zip around on, and I am a neat and tidy guy. I always keep up with regular cleaning jobs, especially in shared spaces and am super warm and approachable with any or all issues.
