Hello to whom it may concern,
My name is Jonathan Hoare, and I am 30 years old.
I will commencing my studies at Box Hill TAFE (Cert. III in Commercial Cookery) in February.
I am an enjoyer of video games and trading card games, and frequently play with my mates from the USA and communicate via the internet via voice calls (I will always keep my voice to a minimum). I enjoy all sorts of music. I am courteous, willing to work with other housemates, and always pay bills on time.
Budget is around 210pw inclusive of bills (can only pay fortnightly as i am receiving Centrelink income)
Areas I am looking at are around the Banyule City Council and the Darebin City Council, and close by to public transport as I do not drive currently, but working on it.
