Hi, I’m Karmanya, an international student moving to Melbourne from Adelaide. I’ll be studying CS at the UMelb and am currently looking for accommodation and flatmates.
I’m easygoing, adaptable, and generally low-maintenance as a person. I don’t mind sharing my things and I’m pretty relaxed about most stuff, as long as there’s basic respect and clear communication. I spend most of my time studying or working on my startup, so my days are usually focused and busy. Home for me is more of a place to reset, think, and get work done rather than party.
I’m clean, organised, and take shared responsibilities seriously, keepin bills on time, common areas kept decent, no passive-aggressive bs. I’m not a party person, but when I’m alone I do enjoy playing music on speakers sometimes. I’m always mindful of volume and timing and happy to adjust if needed. I don’t smoke and drink.
I’m moving on my own and would prefer living with students or young professionals who are mature, respectful, and easy to get along with. Looking for a place that feels stable, calm, and genuinely positive, not chaotic or js transactional.
