During my time as a student I used to live with flatmates, lived alone for some years too. I know how to run a household, clean dishes after using them, clean bathroom once a week, throw out trash etc.
Generally quiet in my room, don't listen to music very loud or do other loud/annoying things in my room.
Reliable, easy-going, open to do things together, but will do things on my own too. Sharing a meal or cooking together would be nice, but not mandatory.
Flatmates should be able to say at least "hello" when seeing each other, doesn't have to be hours of conversation, but should be more than basically just living in the same place without knowing each other at least a little.
