Hi, I'm Iggy, I'm 30 years old and I am currently looking to downsize and relocate to a shared household. I work in hospitality but I am in the process of changing careers, so I am hoping to find a place that will give me some stability while I reshape my professional life, ideally with the prospect of continuing into a more long-term living arrangement. I enjoy a fairly quiet home-life but I am not opposed to having a little fun and socialising given the appropriate opportunity with good company.
The average week for me looks like:
4-6 days at work, 4-5 sessions at the gym, 1-2 therapy sessions, eating enough Italian food to feed a small family, the occasional self-soothing guitar playing session (yes I can play Wonderwall, no I will not play Wonderwall), hyper-fixating on a new topic for the week/month and reading every study and article on that topic I can get my hands on (like a mad scientist on a relentless pursuit of truth and knowledge, slowly losing his mind), and having ~deep~ conversations about everything and nothing.
Re: house etiquette, I am very mindful of noise, cleanliness, and punctuality, I always clean up after myself in a timely manner and I am very much respectful of others time, privacy, and space.
