Looking for a flatmate who has no criminal history of crimes against children, doesn't have parties at the house and not involved with drugs.
I can provide rental history and references and employment history and references.
Can pay up to 500 weekly rent plus cover extra electricity costs and also chip in for wifi if needed. Also able to assist with lawn and garden maintenance and will take turns with house cleaning.

We are a quiet and respectful family, though we do have our rambunctious moments. We don't damage property, take your food or steal your clothes. We pick up after ourselves.

I work full time and my children go to primary school full time.
I have my own car, so off street or on street parking will need to be available.
