Hey I’m Kendyl, 29 year old female working in fine dining full time. I currently am living in a share-house in Spring Hill and have resided here for the last 12 months. Due to renovations I am looking for a new place to call home, preferably in the inner city suburbs as I work in Fortitude Valley! I am a super chill person to live with, I keep things tidy, am respectful of others personal space and generally just keep to myself - Home is my sanctuary where I switch off from the extroverted hospitality world so I won’t ever throw parties etc & I rarely have friends over, we prefer to go out! Super open to how anybody lives as long as everyone is happy & feels like it is each persons home. I usually get home no later than 1am when working as they’re mainly evening shifts but i’m super quiet when coming home & also sleep through anything so early morning noise isn’t an issue for me! I love animals but don’t own any, I currently have a furnished room so looking for another furnished or absolutely more than happy with unfurnished and collect furniture as I go!
