Preferably a studio/granny flat.
Must have access to a fenced yard. Due to a TPLO surgery and arthritis in her back legs, I would prefer a ground-floor house.
I'm a happy loner, quiet, and respectful. I get up at 4 am every day, so ideally, no loud music/TV after 8.30 pm.
Seeking a respectful and considerate living environment - no party houses, please. Zero tolerance for marijuana or other drugs.
I like to live in a clean house; a clean house = a clear mind.
I enjoy podcasts, documentaries, jigsaw puzzles, RPGs, long walks and gardening.
My rent budget is flexible, depending on which bills are included, the size of the rented area (granny flat), etc.
