Cost 350-400 per week (bills included)
plus 50% of the property bond.
You'll need to be added to the lease and sign a Residential Tenancy Agreement and Shared Property Agreement.
Everthing will be above board and legitimate.

To be considered you need to have
-proof of good rental history and references,
- payslips for proof of stable and secure employment and references.
For me to consider adding you to the lease
-A criminal history check to verify is also needed (I will provide one to you too to peruse). I can't share a lease with someone who has pending or prior convictions/charges - even if they're minor.
