Express buses to the City within 20-25 minutes and 20 minutes to Upper Mount Gravatt Garden City. 5 minutes walking to Aldi supermarket, and 10 minutes walking to Sunnybank Plaza, Market Square and Sunny Park where Asian cuisines are available.
Quiet streets and street parking is safe and available. My house is clean and tidy; peaceful and quiet; with big yards meadow and greenery.
The flat is fully furnished as photos with washing machine, fridge, stove and cabinets in the kitchenette and dining areas. Two fully furnished bedrooms with double bed in one and single bed in another; both have wardrobes and desk/chair and bedside table.
